8 month update - Edith the Explorer
Edith has been such an explorer this month! She's army crawling around the whole house and trying hard to use her legs to get her belly off the ground. She wants to pull up on things but can't figure out how to get her feet under her! She's starting to take baths with her big sister and sit on the couch to hold her own bottles, which has made the night time routine that much easier. I can't tell if Edith is an easier baby or we were just more high strung with Grace as first-time parents. Probably a little bit of both? But Edith will seriously entertain herself all day long, never fuss if we have to leave the house when she's just gone to take a nap, teething has (so far) been an absolute breeze for her, and she never wakes up in the middle of the night crying for a cuddle like Grace did a few times around this age. They love sharing a room, napping together, and they both go to sleep right when we lay them down and stay in bed for about 12 hours. Does this mean a 3rd kid will be the complete opposite? Lord, I hope not.
Edith's first Easter
You can see her bottom 2 teeth here but she now has 4 across the bottom and she's getting a top tooth! I can see the smallest bit of white poking through and the second one will probably pop this month. I still can't picture her with a full set of teeth haha!
