4 month update- They see me rollin'

I swear her personality just shines through in these photos! Grace had her 4 month check-up today and she's had yet another big growth spurt. She weighs 13 lb 12 oz (although I swear my back would say she's 15) and is 24 inches tall

It's so fun to watch her learn and reach milestones. Grace rolled over for the first time on Mother's Day! We'd been practicing lots of tummy time and I had the funniest feeling when we woke up that morning, that it would happen that day. Even more special, was that Mathias's parents were in town on vacation and there when it happened. Just 8 days later, she started rolling back to belly. Now, she rarely lies on her back for too long before rolling over! We often find her flipping onto her tummy during naps and when we get her up in the morning. So long, swaddle! I thought dropping the swaddle would be an uncomfortable transition, but she's so much happier without it! The first time I saw her sleeping on her stomach though, I sat next to the crib and watched her like a psycho for a solid 15 minutes to make sure she kept breathing and seriously had a moment of anxious back and forth, "Should I flip her over? No, she's comfortable and it might wake her up. What if she doesn't wake up?! Calm down! She's fine."
